WTB: rear chassis piece

looking for a piece that is rusted through on the rear passenger side. it is about a foot and a half long with 2 bolts running diagonal. there are 4 on the car. sorry to be a noob but i dont know their proper name.
can anyone help me out?

I have one here on my desk. It's called a brace, and the part number is 53654-17010. Shouldn't be more than $30 new.
