If your looking for bolt on then plan on spending some $ and don't go for a cheap kit. pretty much when it comes to bodykits you get what you pay for literally.

The only piece that actually looks decent is Buddyclub. Most if not all kits are rounded out and do not fit the styling of the AW at all.

Woodsport sells the nicest looking rear bumper out there, but they are in the UK so shipping to the states is high. I just had them price me one and it was about $500 US not including shipping. I would have got it but he said it would be several weeks to ship due to them moving locations recently.

Getting Woodsport to even ship you anything would be a first, as up till know he has completely refused to ship any of the body parts that he has made, claiming that it is just too difficult, lol. Otherwise, he has made what appear to be very good replicas of the German 'Style Auto' front and rear pieces. Unfortunately, his refusal to ship them has cost him a lot of business.

The problem is that the shipping can cost more than the part itself. Also the parts could be easily damaged and imagine what a pain it would be to ship back. |

I have now ordered large fragile body components from both Germany and Japan, using both FedEx and ocean transport, and none of the boxes, or the components inside have been the worse for wear. I especially expected the ocean transport one to look a bit beat up, but it was in great shape. The one from Germany, which had quite a home-made box, was actually in pretty good condition as well. Considering how many items like these must be shipped every day, it is unlikely that they will be abused any more than any other item being shipped by the same method. If shippers actually did as much damage as people tend to let on that they do then they would soon go out of business. Plus that is also why any such item should have shipping insurance when available. |

I dont blame any shop that doesnt ship body parts. It is a royal PITA! Most people dont want to spend the extra on insurance and when the part arrives broken, they want a refund and dont want to pay shipping back. It also limits how many parts are out there and increases value because of the limited supply. I would love Pauls front bumper he put on his V8 project and I dig the rear too, but I wouldnt be able to make it fit like he made it.

If you could afford an arm and a leg you could get one like this (straight from Japan land).
