TRD brakes

I just came across this while watching a JDM video on a AE111. Has anyone looked into thisas a possible upgrade for the AW11? It looks like 4 bolt hubs so disks would be straigh swap. Don't know about the calipers though. Does anyone know if a stock Levin caliper would bolt right up on an AW11? I did some searching but found nothing.
