ive got to do the work anyway...

of replacing my struts, so im thinkin i might as well replace my springs as well, should i just do coilovers? would it be more expensive to do coilovers or lowering springs + new shocks? im sure it would be easier to just do coilovers so is it worth spending extra cash anyway? where do i get the suspention parts? are there any used coilovers that are still in good shape that anybody knows of?

Its just me but I would research and find a good performance suspension, adjustable if I could find/afford it.... But all in all for a DD just new shocks and struts will work.

I've always been a fan of Coilovers versus springs and shocks. You can corner weight them, adjust the ride height, I perfer the ride of Linar rate springs versus progressive rate. I have springs and shocks myself on the MR2, coilovers on my other car. I went with springs and shocks due to the stupidly cheap price I'll eventually get coilovers for the MR2 though.
