I need one pair of ST springs.
Too long a story to go in to, but I need 1 pair of ST springs new or lightly used for my '89. Every retail/webstore sells in pairs, that does me no good.
If you have a pair (ST springs that is), please PM me. Thanks. |

Confusing question.
Are you asking for a pair as in two? If that's the case, front or back...? I've only seen them sold in "sets", which is what I think you mean. I recently purchased a set for my 85 from someone here on the boards, he said they had about 45k miles on them, iirc. I only needed the rears, so I do still have the front two lying around. (I also have my old rears, but they're so shot I wouldn't let anyone put them on their car unless it was between them and no springs) |

Anywho, ST gives the same model number for the front and the back so they should be the exact same. Send me a picture and how much you want for them shipped to 75052. Thanks como. |

Hm. of the set of four I received, two of them were bigger around and shorter (front), so there is definitely a difference.
I'll see if I can find them tomorrow, it's been a few months since I've seen them. |

Since ST sells the springs as a set with one part number, stu4us has assumed that the front and rear springs are the same. So como, take advantage of his willingness to buy either fronts or rears no matter that he may be buying the wrong springs for his needs.
His arrogance will suit him well. |

Perhaps, but I'm not a ****.
I'd be selling them for the cost of shipping plus my effort to locate and ship them, which is effectively what I bought them for. I'm only trying to help. I take it you're agreeing that the fronts and rears are different, though, which means he needs to figure out which ones he has, and which he needs. |

Not sure I want to but them from someone who doesn't know how many are in "a pair" anyway...
![]() ST listed them as the same part number for the front and back. I'll just bite the bullet and buy them from Twos R Us and be done with it. Thanks anyway. |

Well, every place I've tried to order a set of ST springs from has been sold out - even Twos R Us!
ST is being very sketchy when they will have more. What an A$$ whip. |
