Old shocks and springs, question.

Well even though I have not taken delivery of my MR2 yet, I went by and picked up the shock cartridges and springs that he had to go with the car. Well after climbing up though a hole in the ceiling in to the "attic" of a boat fiberglass shop and finding all the dust in the world (and prolly some other things I would rather not think about) I found them!! They where bought when the car was brand new and the original owner just didnt like the car so he sold it, shock and springs included. Well after about 20 years of those things sitting in an attic they are finally going to get some use, lol. These things are VINTAGE! The shock cartridge pistons need to be cleaned up a little bit, but it looks like nothing a little PB'laster and some emery cloth wont clean up. I will be running over to Kinetic's race shop on my lunch to talk to a suspention guy about how to clean these up right. They are Tokico cartidges, they have the name "PRODRA.G." on them and they are copper colored. The springs are Suspention Tecniques progressive rate springs, thats about all I have on those. Does anybody know anything about these shocks? I dont have much information on them and cant really find much online because they are so old. Like I said before, these things have never been used and have been sitting in the box for almost 20 years now, so I am just assuming they are still good.

I remember seeing the Suspention Tecniques springs in a JC Whitney Magazine. They are like 70 bucks for the front set and 70 bucks for the rear.
They seem kind of cheap. I tried to also look them up online but had no luck . Just look in the magazine I mentioned.
