Manifolds can still be had new, and they're not terribly expensive. TRD headers are no longer available. That 20V header will not fit the 16V head without modification, and it will not fit the rest of your exhaust system.

If you'd like a price on a new manifold, email me, and I'll check it out next week when I get back to work!

you can get a header on eBay for a corolla FX16 made by OBX the only thing you have to do is make an extension for the front pipe and have the rest of the exhaust welded in it like 230 bucks on a muffler shop or speed shop should be able the do the work for cheap. I made my own adapter out of 1/4 sheet stainless 304 I already had. Then welded it in with 2 inch pipe and a borla muffler. Just go on eBay and type in 4age header. It works I got it on mine with little modification and it's great.
