ok i might have over looked this but what are the advantages of having one?

You can advance/retard the timing of each cam and tune them until you get optimum power. For a turbo, for example, you might advance the intake cam and retard the exhaust cam for more power/torque.

you can alter your powerband.
make more torque sooner or more hp later. (there are limits)
often overlooked but worth it if you want best results.

Techno Toy Tunign has them for a great price and they come with the 5 bolt design.

I heard somewhere that retarding both the in/ex for 272/272 made the most power and torque.
