Hows it going? Right now I am working on my 1992 toyota celica gt 2.2L 5SFE and I want to put the 3gste in it. I have been told to find that engine and use my crank and that everything that i have for my 5sfe will bolt right up including the tranny and stage 3 clutch that i have. Is that true and could you point me in the right direction for parts and other things that i might need?

TWOBRUTAL MR2 site link is usless unless you are already registered. Once you go there the registration puts you into an endless loop of "left a required field blank" in the registration process. With no way to tell the webmaster since you are not a member yet. Catch 22.

well.. this thread seems sorta useless without those links... and one have solid information about the swap or the total parks needed?

good 3sgte swap info is like impossible to come by. it is almost secret. there are few jumbled PDFs flying around that people say are good, but they are a mess and old...

there is no one stop shop for this, no one has done it in a thread that I can find. You just have to hunt around everywhere and file through all the junk to find that gem of information in each thread.
