Mark 1 S/C- IC Regulator-substitute
My SC distributor blew oil seals, puked tons of oil onto my alternator which, in turn, shorted out and fried the IC regulator in the rear trunk.
My Formula 1 mechanic friend suggested we look into his reference books and cross-reference this very, very hard to find TOYOTA part. Well my Toyota mr2 friends, it turn out this part #223 is also used in a Honda in 82-83 Accord and in Preludes from 83-87. The new part cost me $22, I had to re-pin the connector to match this part which took 40 minutes (never re-pinned before?) and I SAVED $250.
