AT to MT AW11 swap questions..

Yeah so I made 2 threads in 5 minutes but this on is completely irrelevant to the other one. Ok so I have a good complete AW11 automatic and a complete AW11 Manual parts car. My question is, how hard is it to put the MT in the AT car? I noticed yesterday comparing the two cars that there is NO cut out for the clutch cylinder next to the brake master cylinder. So that would have to be cut out which seems like a severe PITA, but I'm not sure what else would have to be done.. or if it can be done! My other question is, would I need an MT ecu? or is there some wires I could just jumper?
