Wire harness ?

So i have a junk 88 s/c automatic mr2. Thinkin about taking the motor and swapping it into my 86 5 speed mr2. Wandering what kind of problems i'm gonna run into doing this swap? I already have a gze 5 spd ecu. Anything else i need to know? Thanks in advance!

just wondering if there is a difference in the harness's. I'm gonna swap cluster and all is my plan.
