does anyone know if there is a mount kit that can be bought to swap a 3sgte motor into my 86 mr2?

Speed source has a mount kit you can buy from them, it also comes with a jig you use to align the mounts on the chasis and return to them when you're done. As far as the wiring goes it's a do-it-yourself kind of thing but there are enough detailed writeups on the other board that just about anyone should be able to do the swap.

Cut and weld your own mounts. The wiring is a piece of cake.
