smog

wanting to put a 3sgte in my 86. do they make those with smog equipment or do they only make those in japan? california smog laws are lame. anyone have any info on this subject it would be much appreciated???

Yes, we do have a legal version of the gen2 all it has is the egr vacuum lines, secondary cat, thats pretty much it. Just finding one is hard to find. Or you could get the jdm ones they don't have the egr thingy but you can drill and add vacuum lines, egr, secondary cat and your CA smog legal.

sweet how do u go about making the engine swap legal? do u have to take it somewhere? can the deny u?

I thought the Kalifornia smog nazis don't allow different type engines to be swapped in. Off course if you put in all the smog stuff and found a dumb or ignorant inspector, you might could squeeze by.

I recent news article said California has the highest number of residents leaving their state for another. The also are trying to pass a law which will put serial numbers on all ammunition sold in Kali. Kali is frickin nuts.
