20V MK1 Engine Swap 20v oil filter - help needed please

Hi I live in the Uk and am having problems finding which oil filter I need for a 20v blacktop engine - can I run the same filter off my old engine or does it need a levin/sprinter 20v specific one - if someone could could advise me which european cars the oil filter I need is found on that would be a massive help as I go into shops over here and they dont have a clue about the 20v blacktop engine

Can the parts store not cross your old oil filter over?

no there not the best store in the world - just not sure if a mk1 mr2 oil filter will work on a 20v balcktop engine

I found this after a quick search i don't that it's right or wrong but maybe it will help you some.

I'm with mr220v and also use the stock filter for an 89 na.
