if you want to take a look and try to help

ok ive had my mr2 for about 2 months and its honestly the most fun ive had driving a car in a long time but yet it trully is a dog in the power department as a stock 1.6 twin cam as im sure you all know.... so i was at my friends and just so happened to get a small dsm turbo (14b) that im gonna play around with im still researching what manifold to buy since it came with two manifold but yet i am almost positive that a dsm exhaust manifold will not fit on my 4age . i also got a side mount intercooler out of the deal and if there is a way to relocate my engine fan then i could put this in the air vent on the side of the car which in my mind would look pretty cool and be efficient .. so my questions are can i relocate my engine fan. is there any known manifold for this engine and turbo. is there a chip or new computer that i could use that would work for this. i was thinking about using the injectors from a obd1 acura integra i heard this is a decent swap to use on this engine and it wouldnt cost that much and thats what im trying to do is stay away from spending to much money on this project. last but not least i am still contemplating going from the oil pan or the head or block for the oil lines to the turbo ... any input would be greatly appreciated

IMO it sounds like you should do a lot of reading about boosting a motor before you blow it up.
You have many challenges.
One you say the 14 b is small but I have driven a 1G eclipse and it doesn't make boost till like 4k rpm. That means your lil 1.6 probably wont make boost till like at least 4500 or 5k. I just put a T25 off the second gen in mine and I am very hapy with it. The second gen T25 is smaller and spools much quicker. My Eclipse GSX started spooling between 2500 and 3k rpm. The MR2 spools around 3500 which is exactly what I was hoping for.
If you are going to run any boost Injectors are far from your only worry.
High comp pistons and a stock ECU not designed for boost are two big worries.
If you don't do major modifications you won't be able to run more than a couple psi which won't give you much and that 14b will be in a coma from inactivity.
I'm sure there are many posts here on the subject. I spend more time on mr2oc.com and there are many posts talking about what it takes to turbo/sc an na.
