i made molds, i tried selling them on here before but nobody wonted them but but if its a one time deal for your self instead of making a mold i would cover the finders and quarters in aluminum foil then hot glue that green styrofoam (they use it for fake flowers you can get it at any crafts shop) you trim it close to the right shape you wont with a long knife(steak knife like) then sand with 80 grit till it looks like what you wont the cover it in resin and matting like you would normally make sure you cover at lest 2 or 3inch of the around the flare do three layers to make it strong then peel it all off when its dry trim up your edges the attached with 24 hour setting speed grip heres a link with a few pics of some of the steps donny's mr2 body work Photo Album - MySpace Photosthere might even be some pics in my projects for friends file

Lots of labor
I've done that mold process on several aero/racing mods thru the years and just want to make it clear that LOTS of labor is involved to get "quality level" parts.
If your labor, like mine, is a labor of love for cars then it's cheap.
