4A-GE MK1 Engine Blacktop Questions

I was pretty set on getting a GZE but I think can net a complete blacktop swap for a lot cheaper. However, I would only be interested in doing the swap if I could make the 6-speed work on the car. The sources I've been reading have been conflicting so I'm really just looking for some straight answers here.

1. If I buy a blacktop with a 6-speed, which one comes with it? I've heard C-56, C-60, C-160... just want clarification.
2. What are all of the modifications that will have to be done to this particular transmission/my car to make them get along?
3. Are there any parts I will need to fabricate?

Sorry if you guys have answered these questions hundreds of times before, I just can't seem to find consistant information.
