to the body guys

im a mechanic but ima try some body work on my mk1 i just got i just purchased a D/a from the mac guy today ive messed with a bit of body work but that was with a guy telling me what to do. my question is what grit papers do i use for what applications....like to d/a the whole car down....then to d/a some fiberglass stuff like that. basically i gotta fix the typical rear quarter fender rust and ima prep the car for paint

Maybe if u show us some pic will help and maybe we could start from der
