Fitting and fixing 93+ Front bumper and body help

Hey guys, im going to be painting my car soon and doing a bit of body work.
My front bumper is pushed in slightly and I picked up a 93+ Front bumper for USD $20
altho it has a crack in the lip in the 1st and second pictures.
Im hoping to fix this with some fibre glass? pushing it into shape, finding away to hold it like that and putting some fibre glass in the rear of it?

Also the main problem is it seems on the right hand side of the bumper the mounting tab has gone? Anyone have any sugestions? I was thinking of cutting off the one on my old bumper and using a metal brace and some fibreglass to mount the mounting tab?

The previous owner scraped some rust out of the edge of the door, then put rust killer and primered and painted it. It looks ugly as hell, should I just wire brush it then primer it, bog it. Any other sugestions apart from buying a new door?

You cannot see it very well but its pushed in around where the trim is, is this simple to bang out with a body hammer?

The trim to the rear of the t-tops seems to have a decent gap in it, does anyone have any sugestions to fix this, and should the t-top trim be flush?

Any help is appreciated.
Look forward to a work log of a First time DIY log of everything i'll be doing.
Fixing and mounting the front, doors, prepping, painting and removing the middle of the vents.

Your bodywork is not all that bad just full of little imperfections. If you ever got a close look at my old mkI you would fall over backwards (it really is that bad now, considering scraping it the next time something fails).

That front lip can be glassed up but would crack easily the next time it hits something, I would try to get a metal plate or reinforcement screwed in there somewhere.

The door I would brush then bog making sure to prime properly. It shouldn't need a new door, brush it off anyway and have a look underneth to see if the panel is rusted through

As for the guard I would keep tabs on trademe for a partout, I am buying one for $40 at the moment which is easier than messing with the dented one. You could also try a slide hammer to pop it back a little just hook under the guard and yank hard.

The missing mounting tab is weird, metal plate may work but I haven't seen it so can't say.

Also you still want any red paint? I finally have things sorted I think and will bring some down if you want it, even if you just use it as brush paint for touchups or something idk I've got tonnes of red at the moment.

Cool, I looked at my targa top today and the roof doesn't match up either, it sticks up. I never really noticed it before.
