Rear Wing..

Done before maybe..but what's your thoughts on mod'ing the rear wing.
If done before, appreciate a thread link.

Can't make up my mind on this..but relatively easily done, with a bit of work.
(anyone have a pic of the trunk lid holes?)

Thought it was obvious in the pic..my bad.
Remove the base from the stock wing & modify the ends (left side of pic).

It can be done alright, the trick is getting the curve on the ends right..and of course filling the holes under the base piece.
Just wanted your opinions on how it looks..worth the effort.

It would deffinetly be different. I don't know if I would do it to my own personally. but I don't think it would look bad either. I would probably use fiberglass for the ends since its workable and just weld the holes up.

I think that would be a great mod. One of the things the '94 wing guys mention that they don't like about the '93 wing is the slope of the trunk is hidden with that piece.

Makes the wing look higher huh, and a lot cleaner looking.
I just like the shape of the stock wing, something about it
yes and the profile of the trunk lid, big difference.

Anyhow, I might chase up a used center piece and play around with some FG.

Ive seen people go wingless and what not. And from what Ive read, in order to install the later revision wings, you needed to change the trunk lid. I figured it was because of the base. but now im
