TRD swaybar thickness

Hey all, just had a question about what the title says. I'm debating whether to get TRD swaybars (assuming I can find them) and the ST ones. I'm wondering how the two sets compare thickness wise.

Thanks!

TRD is 22mm in diameter up front...still haven't found anyone who knows what the rear is...and both are hollow

I know the ST bar is super stiff and is almost 24mm in diameter (actual size is 15/16") for the front...
Rear ST is about 22mm in diameter (actual size is 7/8")...

There were two versions of the TRD rear sway, and one for the front:

(For Sport) Front 89.12- 48810-SW200

(For Sport) Rear 89.12- 48830-SW200

(For Race) Rear 89.12- 48830-SW210 Discontinued

TRD Japan Part Numbers - all apparently discontinued in the US.

This link that I found by searching "TRD Swaybar Thickness" says the rear bar is hollow and 24mm thick. Sorry, I don't have my bars here or I'd throw a caliper on them and measure for you. It's apparently advertised as ~30% stiffer than the stock bar (which there seems to be some variations).

I've searched forever for the rear TRD sway bar diameter...never found it. Maybe I'll pick one up one of these days and measure it

I have the ST bars as some of you know....way too stiff, bent up my links(two sets) I've been searching for trd bars ever since and every place that list them calls me back to cancel my order cause they don't have anymore left/Discontinued. I'm thinking of going with the tanabe 22mm but it's not hollow like the TRD I think..? I wish someone would let us know how it works with coilovers.

I know this post is old, but in case anyone is searching for this info in the future...

according to my caliper and the TRD sways I got in the mail yesterday (rear from Grapevine, front from Lithia [thanks Aaron]) - both front and rear TRD sway are 22mm diameter.

Good info to know for ordering prothane bushings, which is why I had to measure them.

I got some new ones from my dealer a year or so ago... could have been longer, though.

I bought a used set a couple months ago, they're hollow and 22mm front and rear.

Ill be installing them over the winter along with a urethane bushing kit and cusco strut bars, I think all of that should take care of the sloppiness in my rear end when cornering hard.
