Can anyone help with wheel sizes+ on 95 glimited mr2

i was just curious what size alloys i can use on my car that fit right on even if i had to have low profile tires on the alloys if i went a size up on standerd im not that knowlageable about the ins and outs of cars like i know alot of u guys are i am just thinking of geting some nice alloys for the car and wasnt sure if if i got a larger wheel does this make other issues like changing breaks ect. also if any uk users know of a good place for buying alloys a link would help thanks pic below if it helps

stock is 15x6 +45 front and 15x7 +45 rear.

lots of wheels will fit, but keep the stagger for best performance and looks (wider wheels AND tires in back).

17x7 +40 with 215/40 17 front and 17x8 +40 with 235/40 17 is a typical aftermarket setup, but you can easily go to 8" up front and 9.5" out back.
