Brakes Keep Locking Up

So i just my 92 mr2 dirt cheap imo, condition as is, but the problem is, since the car has basically not been used in god knows how many years, the brakes systematically lock up on occasion when im driving and refuse to let up until they cool down substantially, the discs get redddddd hot!

wtf can i do about this? any ideas why this happens and how i can get this car back up to running order?

if they are always on sounds like they are seized
if they randomly pop on i would say faulty abs if you have it

abs or no abs

man i'd replace the calipers and possibly the proportional valve

if it has abs i'd remove it from the system

if it's and n/a i could hook you up with a non abs proportional valve and the calipers all the way around off my old two i'm parting out for bout 150 +
shipping

not sure but probably would need a non abs master cylinder i doubt the brake booster is diff

but i have those parts too if you think you'd might need em .....

i have discs too but they'd probably need turned but i could throw em in for like 25

why not replace the whole suspension while your at it....

normally only one thing will be wrong

to determine what it is we need more info

1. abs or non abs
2. are they constantly on from go or do they come on
3. what wheel(s) are locking
4. does the brake pedal have smooth movement or does it feel like its binding
5. when they arent locking up do they still work sufficiently well

I'll say get new brake fluid, do complet flush, get new pads, and rotors. if its still there do a reblud on the calipers.
