Need to know if I have to roll or cut!
I had my eyes on these wheels, but wondered if I'll have rubbing problems if I get them. I have my MR2 dropped one inch.
Front: 17X7 Offset: +38 Rear:17X9 Offset: +35 Thanks. Last edited by after_the_last; 08-20-2009 at 04:17 AM.. |

The fronts are waaaay far away from the fender, no probs there. Rears are flush, depending on what tire you get they may rub a tad. Anything over 255/40 may scrub just a wee bit w/ TRDs, nothing a very minor fender roll or just avoiding pot holes won't take care of (or just mounting 235/245 instead).

your fine, mine are the same offsets but my rears are 38. and I had to roll the fenders just a bit. the only time they rubbed was when I go over a large speed bump, or deep pot hole. And I'm runing a 255/40/17.

Thanks guys! I'll get some 3mm spacers for the front. I'm running on Eibach Pro kit lowering springs. But just to be safe, I'll probably get 245's for now.
