I have some old wheels laying around the house which i would like to put tires on until next year. im not sure what the offset is but the rims are 16x7. I was wondering if i could put 215/40/16 on the front and fit a 235/45/16 on the rear to get that wide look from the back? or could i get the 245/45/16 to work?

You mean 225/45-16, right? Don't think I've seen a 235/45 before...
And 245/45-16 is meant for a 7.5" or wider wheel, I don't recommend it but you could probably cram it on if you find a tire shop willing to mount it. |
