Recommendation for pads

Can anyone recommend really good pads for 94T or point to another thread with info. I am sure this has been discussed before.

I'll need pads mostly for street but plan a few track days as well.

Thanks in advance.

I SWEAR on Porterfield R4S (TwosRUs.com stocks them). Quiet, not overly dusty, and stops on a dime.

I have a '93 turbo with ABS, SS brake lines, Motul brake fluid, OEM blank rotors, Yokohama ES100 tires on 3rd generation FD RX7 wheels and Porterfield R4S pads all around.

My cousin has an Evo 9, stock Brembo calipers with Hawk HPS pads, SS brake lines and had stock wheels and tires and said my car brakes better than his after driving mine around.

I have a friend who owns a tuning shop and had Endless pads on 300ZX brakes on his S14 at the time and LOVED my brakes. He has Brembos now so we'll see what he says.

I'm also installing the ATS brake master cylinder brace which you could add for better brake feel.

If you order from ATS for the brace and Twos R Us for the pads now, you'll have them in time. See you there! I'll be the black guy with the long beard like a vajayjay, car with the rasta colored engine bay (red gold and green)

R4S is a good performance pad so long as you're not competing. I noticed a slight drop-off with them after my first flying lap.. would have to brake 25-50' earlier.. but they'd never get any worse beyond that. Something you can easily work around when you're doing basic trackdays

When you look at per event / per hour costs, its not much more to get Carbotech XP8s though and they're a better pad on track at the cost of a little bit of street manners. Who needs street manners though
