Bilstein are German-engineered struts, about the best you can buy for the '2. But he didn't state any miles in the ad, even good quality struts can be worn down.

I talked to the guy and we figured a deal out. He had a question that I didn't know the answer to. He's wondering if the strut cartridges can be changed out. I don't know so was hoping one of you guys could be able to tell me.
