The front not sure I think u will need a spacer on the front..
For the rear it's perfect don't need to do any thing.. Tires.... Front you go for 225/40/17 and for the rear could fit 255/40/18 |

225/40-17 is kinda a hard tire to find.... It does exist, but is very limited...

they do make a 225-40-R17 they expensive, and are track slicks LOL
I found some 225-45 and 225-35 guess 225-40 not a very popular street tire. 17x8+35 so far is what I'm leaning towards, what tire size do yall recogmend?? I wan a little meat on them, and for harsh road conditions, IE pot wholes, and rough pavement. |

Then you've got the wrong size wheels unless you want to mount 235/40-17s up front - only a few have done it and it requires exacting offsets & some luck (looks kinda strange afterwards too, IMO).
If you want a cushy ride then you'll need to go down to 16s for a nice fat 225/45-16 up front - that's what I have and it's the best compromise for comfort & performance I could find. |

Well you have 2 choices, eiyther get teh 8.5" wheel and match the offset just right and put some 235/40/17 on them for the front or run 215's on 8".
The only 225's i know of are NT555's and they are JUNK. You scared of some fender work? If not 235's are not that hard to make work, just need the right offset, do some searching and you can find what it is. |
