Good competition tires?

What are some good competition tires that you guys are using at the track?

I'm having a hard time finding a competition tire that comes in the sizes I need for both the front and the rear. I found a lot for the rear, but the closest I can find for the front is Pirelli PZero Corsa.

Has anyone used or heard of these, are they any good?

the "if you want to be competitive" review makes me not a fan. sounds like somebody that's used other tires.

what size wheels are the tires going on?

I tried them before... comparable to the Azenis tires, but the pirellis are better with heat. Azenis tires tend to get slippery after a few laps (the older version, haven't tried the new ones). Either go Kumho V710s or Hoosiers.

I'm going to be using these on my 17s, same size as what I have now. 215/40 and 255/40

Theyre an awesome tire, I took a c55 around the track with them and I couldnt get them to loose their grip (this is of course with traction control off), plus it was moist outside. I never realised they were that cheap.

Aww, they were cheaper a few days ago, $128 for the rears, 255/40/17, now they're double

i'm putting the same sizes on my new wheels and i'm going to use kumho ecsta mx, dunno if you'd considered them or not

edit: nevermind, i accidentally missed the part where you said "competition tires"
