Stock Radio Wiring Harness Needed!!
All:
I am trying to put the stock Cass/CD player back in my 2. I have the deck, but when the shop workers tried to take out the CD player that was in the car, the previous setup cut the stock radio wiring harness connector from the main wiring harness!!!! Arrrgh!! NEVER EVER DO THAT!!! In any case, I'm having to track down the radio wiring harness connector and the dealer thinks that it's a part of the Main harness (which would cost too much to replace). I'm hoping that someone can tell me how to get this stock wiring harness to plug back into the radio. What I need: 1) If the radio wiring harness is a seperate loom off of the main harness, there should be a tag somewhere on the harness that gives the ID number. I need that number. 2) If it's a part of the main harness, is there anyone that cut theirs off and kept it lying around that they wouldn't mind selling me. -M Last edited by SPOOL U; 11-01-2007 at 10:13 PM.. |

It really helps if your thread title reflects the information you're looking for and is put in the appropriate forum. Something so generic often gets looked over by people that know what they're talking about

I figured that noone hardly ever uses this forum. In any case, I think I might have found the original factory OEM radio wiring harness (which is what I need). If anyone knows of a link to send me for one, please post.
Thanks, -M |
