? Installation in a 2001 MR2 Spyder ?

Looking for some advive,, I just got a 2001 MR2 spyder and the sterio sounds like anam radio that runs on batteries :-)

I want to bring some real sound into this car,,,

any recomendations,,

I want to end up with a kicker behind me and some quality speekers in the doors...

1] cab i run a kicker [ bass box ] off the stock head unit..??

2] any one done this before?

can we get a pic of where you plan to put this sub. Though i've never tried these i hear the phoenix gold 6.5 rsd comp set is very good for the price.
