Fade/Balance issue
I installed my new head unit and speakers recently - they sound awesome!
However, when I fade it all the way forward the right side is silent! When I leave the fade center and balance it right it works just fine. Also, when I turn left it rattles really funny-like. Any thoughts/suggestions/ideas for fixing this problem? |

You have the front and rear wires incorrectly connected

okay, check list.
are you running an amp? if so, make sure if you have a 4 channel amp and that you use splitters and that the splitters are hooked up right. no amp: check the wiring of the speakers/run new wires. using the stock wires can be misleading to hooking them up. I only hooked up the mids to my HU before I amped everything and my tweeter was still on for some reason. if you need help running the new wireing, let me know, I can give you a 5 minute job on each door. after you check these, come back and post. |
