New Seats
I bought some Buddy Club bucket seats to go in the two.
![]() ![]() I had a spare set of door cards and tunnel cover. So I bought some fabric off flee bay and had a go at covering the door cards and tunnel. What do you think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The seats aren't yet fitted. I have had to make some custom seat mounts and are getting them fitted to mk2 seat rails. Just need a spot of welding doing. |

nice seats, are you going to do a four point harness? I always think if you're going to do the seats like that you should have something to fill the fourth hole :P

Wow, that looks really nice. The red is too bright for my tastes, but it all fits really well.
How high to those seats sit compared to the stock seats? |

yeah i feel like the tunnel in black would tie it together better, but i usually go for a more low key look...
color scheme aside the workmanship is clean! nice job! |

Hi, oh how I wish the porsche was mine. It's my mate's.
The interior was not hard to do, the door cards. I used double sided tape, the only problem with that is it's a contact adhesive and bonds straight away. I think if you used sprey glue it would make things a lot easier. The tunnel was more tricky, I used staples. I might have to go back and have another go at it, the bloody staples keep popping out. |

so the door cards just pop out from the panels? did you take them out or just leave them on and cut the shape?

Take the door card off the car. The panels are held in with some metal tabs. Open these out and the panels will come away from the cards. Put the cards on the material and draw round the out lines. Allow yourself a good two inches of extra material and cut it out. Glue the fronts of the cards and stick the material on, turn the panels over and pull the material tight. This gets rid of the creases. Stick the material down. Let the glue go off and trip the excess material off, you will also need to cut a hole in for the door handle, just start with a small hole in the middle and work out in a star shape. Don't cut too much off, keep trying on the car until the handle fits. Here's somethine what they look like before you put them on. They weren't quit finished but you get the idea.
![]() Something you could try if you want to practice first. These panels are flat and you should be able to make some out of some hardboard. Have a go with that first. |
