Rear storage boxes

I was looking in the back of my 91 n/a and noticed that there is a storage box behind the passenger seat with a locking hinged lid. The other side was where the oem 6 stacker CD changer was (it's not there anymore). If someone did not buy the 6 cd changer option is there just another storage box back there with a hinged lid like the passenger side??? Or is there just one storage box behind the passenger seat??

I can't recall what was on the driver's side on my now gone '91 NA but there wasn't a matching storage box. My current one has a similarly shaped box containing an OEM speaker, probably the sub.

I have one storage box behind the passenger seat. Behind the driver seat was a cd changer. Now I wonder... if I had another storage box, would it fit in the same spot where that changer was??? I will have to try this out. Thanks for the replies.
