Swapping gauge cluster

I have a AW11 and the factory gauge cluster looks rather tired and dated. Not a fan of it's shape(or lack of a shape). I have been tossing around the idea of making a fiberglass or CF dash to liven things up a bit, maybe change up the shape a little.
I don't like the idea of aftermarket gauges. Ether they are cheap junk, or incredibly expensive. Also aftermarket would look REALLY out of place.
I am curious how difficult it would be to swap a gauge cluster for a different model car? I am thinking a cluster from a celica st202/205 or altezza.
What would be involved in wiring that bad boy up?
Are the temp/oil pressure/fuel senders similar, or in the same range?
If not, how would I go and filter the sender signal to match?
Thank you for any input.

Procarparts.com

I've seen some of these before and I like the look of them. I have an extra cluster that I could try them on. Once I get some money to play with, I'll get a set.

Personally I do not really like those. The OEL just looks cheap and out of place to me. It still the same ole' rectangle gauge cluster, just looks more updated. I just want something that looks factory, but more refined.
Don't let me deter you from getting the OEL faces, I wanted them myself at one point. Just not my taste anymore.
