dead gauge light & needle alignment

I removed the TRD Gauges that were in my car and went back to stock but I had a dead gauge light bulb, so i decided to go with blue lights for something different. They look okay, but I have one big problem. One of the lights does not work. I swapped around two lights {holders and all} and that one spot still did not come on. Does anyone have any suggestions on a possible cause or work around? I cant really see the first 40mph on my speedo.

Also, I had to pull the needles off every gauge to get the TRD ones on and I figured putting every needle back would be easy.. Nope

Speedo - put it on 0 and it seems to be good.
Temp - put it on 0 and seems to be good as well, it moves up about 1/3 of the way driving around town
Fuel - I put on E, and it dropped when i started moving, so I filled the tank to its max and re-aligned the needle righ on the letter F. this I can monitor and adjust as needed after a tank

The next two I have questions about.
Voltage - I aligned to the bottom line when the car was off, and it comes up when i turn the car off... I think thats okay.

Tach - I aligned to 0 with the car off, but when i turn the car on, it jumps up to 3500.. the engine definitely isnt idleing that fast. How can I get the Tach need aligned properly?

Try placing the needle back on the shaft while the car is idling. It has a post at zero to prevent the needle from dropping below zero.

just saw this.... From what I gather with the car off, the tach wants to go sub zero, but cant because of the needle....

But when you turn the key to acc, it wants to go to ZERO {in my case jumped up to 1500ish.... thus jumping to 3500 when i started the car {cold.}

I put it on ZERO with the car in the ACC spot and its like it was before I pulled the needle off.
