Signal wire for a Bosch wideband O2 sensor
I'm finishing up the wiring for my 20v 4age w/megasquirt here, and I had a question. I've got a Bosch wideband O2 sensor w/controller, and I'm trying to figure out which wire is the signal wire that goes to the ECU. I'm not sure if I missed it somewhere in there or what, but here's the data I have on the subject:
Sensor in question: Amazon.com: Used and New: Bosch 17053 Oxygen Sensor My cheap-ass wideband controller: JAW Wiring diagrams from a different controller, but using the same sensor: Precision Wideband Controller by Bowling & Grippo * * ©2004 I appreciate any help. ![]() |

it's whichever of the Vouts you program the output to. should be the two furthest wires from the heatsink on the JAW board..
with mine, i set Vout 1 to wideband output, and Vout 2 to narrowband simulation, and connect them on a SPDT switch with the common line going to the ECU, so i can toggle it to NB02 when i'm not datalogging. |
