spectre ems pro and haltech interceptor

Hi im new to this so this is it i got two mr2 with 3sgte engines in them and one is modifyed and the other basicly stoch so i need some help with the install and setup of an ems pro and a haltech interceptor platium in my cars want to be able to plug and play so i have bourt the plugs and jumper harness for the oem plugs on the car can some one help me on the install an set up for both these units as i allso want to eliminat the maf with the inteceptor
