autronic smc tuning

i just had my autronic smc tuned the egt's were at 640 and a/f was ranging 11.0 to 12.4 the highest timing advanced to was 24% but ended up melting all four pistons and and the head. compression is 9.0:1 with je pistons and cams are hks 264'2 the motor is fully built minus rods. has 720 injectors, wolf fuel rail, aeromotive regulator. any idea whay it might have detonated so bad, maybe overlap on the cam adjustment?

Whoa!! all 4 is gone?

The 12.4 afr is on the leaner side....but i dont think that would be a huge factor...

could it have been bad gas...the fact you metled 4 pistons makes me even think injector failure....or the wiring to it. I have seen engines die before but never all 4 cyls at once...

What kind of turbo and what happened just before it went?

just did the harness and had checked to make sure the injectors were firing has new sard 750's, aeromotive regulator and a wolf fuel rail. the turbo is a 20g with an 8cm housing. we did a third gear pull at 16psi and it felt fine started to do a second pull and instantly started to overheat (head melted at 3 and 4)
