Introducing the all new EMSPowered twin scroll exhaust manifold. After 11 months of research and development we have finally completed our masterpiece.

* Beautiful "ramhorn" design
* 100% 304 stainless steel construction (including flanges)
* Super thick .095" pipe wall thickness
* Fully 347 TIG welded
* All welds are back purged for the most solid construction
* 100% MADE IN THE USA
* Bolts onto any Gen2 3SGTE head
* Thick 1/2" head flange (no more warping)
* Will work with any T3 or divided T3 flanged turbo
* Fits up to a GT35R turbo (or other similarly sized turbo)
* Twin scroll design for the best possible spool

This manifold will work with the most of the turbo kits from the following companies. You will be able to replace your stock manifold and the manifold "adapter" that you already have with our manifold while still being able to keep the rest of your "kit" as is.

* Berk Technology Turbo Kits (already tested and confirmed with Gen2 "GT" kit)
* ATS Racing Turbo Kits
* KO Racing Turbo Kits (already tested and confirmed with Gen2 "Street Brawler" kit)
* May fit with other similar kits as well

Notes: Your existing wastegate dumptube may not work, we offer a new wastegate dumptube as an option for you if you need it. Stock intercooler hotpipe will not clear the manifold the way it is normally mounted. You may be able to use your existing piping by "clocking" the turbo to point the outlet upwards and running the hotpipe next to the firewall, or you may need to make a new hotpipe.

To explain further...

This manifold will allow you to "upgrade" your existing, KO, ATS, or Berk kit to use a better exhaust manifold while still keeping your existing downpipe, turbo, oil/water lines and other accessories. The only thing that changes is you replace the stock exhaust manifold and "adapter" with our new exhaust manifold.

What does this mean for you? This means a better flowing exhaust manifold. This means quicker spool. This means more usable horsepower under the entire curve. This means more top end power.

Pictures: We will have better hi-res pictures up in a day or two of the manifold installed

the HX40 makes for a very unreliable turbo for an MR2. What power levels are you going for? We have access to lots of turbos at wholesale that I can hook you up with.

The HX40 has too small of a shaft and they tend to bend or break the shaft on gasoline cars. Also, the center sections are not built to well on the holset turbos. They have a very high failure rate (around 8-9%). I'm not talking about boost levels. What are the power levels you are trying to reach. Let me know that and I can make some recommendations and give you some prices on the turbos that will best fit your needs and your budget while staying rock solid as far as reliability.

Random question. Why are the runners switched(1 and 4 on the front) from the proto? The prototype seemed more equal length and smoother. The retail does look more compact than the proto. Just curious.

because the other way around we were not able to get the turbo to sit where we needed it to be. Also, the way we have the final version now the manifold is much stronger and has better support because of the shape of the runners.

We're all caught up with builds on these. Wait time is approximately 1-2 weeks right now after your order is placed for these manifolds.

There is only 4 days left on this sale. After this the sale price will no longer be available

There are several of them in customer hands now. I think everyone is waiting to complete their build before posting results. I know 2 of them are running already and working out other kinks with their cars. The rest of them I have not had a chance to follow up with.
