This link is useful for those of you who would like to see who is attending that you may know by their board names. It also reminds me who is who as I can usually only remeber one thing of three, your car, your real name, or your board/screen name.

I am booking our group at the rest. this week, so I need to know how many persons you will have with you. I am assuming the worst at 50 2-seater cars.... 100 people. I really would like everyone to tell me how many bodies/cars they'll be bringing tho to help get a more accurate attendance. 50 cars could vary by 50-100 people, which is a big jump, so here we go again with redirection.
The only thing necessary in this post will be the number of persons and cars coming with you (such as a friend who is not a member already signed on with their name/car).

It should go as follows:
2 persons, 1 car (MR2 Guru)

First off, the suggested hotel is booking fast. There is a Campus Outreach Convention the same weekend here in Asheville. I know some of you were upset about the lack of Hooters girls, so maybe the indoor pool and college age girls in swimsuits will suffice. :-P
There are a limited type of room available (Doubles and Kings) and there are only 40 left at a rate of 5 bookings a day. That doesnt leave much time for you to book your room, so try and get in there as soon as possible.

Secondly, dinner plans are still on. I have reserved a 100 person room for the Asiana Grand Buffet. Separate checks will not be an option in a group this size, so all dinner payments will be relinquished to Harry and myself to cover the tab. Buffet Price is $10.25, regular beverage is $1.20, an order of crab legs (1lb) is $1.99 and the average beer price is $2.50. To make life easier we will ask for a flat rate of $20 from each person to cover dinner and the set gratuity of 15%. That number will give you some flexibility on your drink and extra choices without us having to aquire additional money for every person ordering a bar drink. If you order off the set menu, you will be responsible for the difference.
Your choices aside from the buffet are a regular fountain drink/tea, beer (to your price limit) and pound(s) of crablegs. You may order these in any moderation up to your limit; for example, you may have a buffet and 3 beers, a buffet and 2 crablegs, etc.
This price also covers gratuity of up to 15%, so please be kind and leave a reasonable tip on top if you can. $125 gratuity on an ~ 75 person party split between 7 servers is only $17. That will be quite a job for these guys, so please take that into consideration. We have our business meetings there and visit the location often. They have always treated us well and offered the best quality service. We would like to return the favor. As far as being kind in a personal manner, anyone not on their best behavior will reflect poorly on us, so please be respectful to our hosts!

We are trying to formulate a good drive to dinner, so if we leave at a decent time before dinner starts, we should have some daylight to do a small/quaint drive and have some photo ops. I will try to map this course over the weekend and estimate time.
