Change of scenery,High Piont,NC

Ok so I know of no one who meets anywhere near me.

I am tired of going out on weekends and only seeing 240's and Hondas same 'ol bull**** every weekend, ricer dip****s who like to talk **** about anything thats not a 240 or honda....Its not my fault they cant afford or handle a MR2.

I want to hear from some local fellow MR2 owners in High point , Greensboro , Winston Salem, NC and put together some meets of people with common respect and love of the MR2 Scene.

So start posting if you want to meet up swapping info and stories Instead of the same old crap your use to.

there are a ton of you peeps in NC. since i live inVA if there is a meet organized and i am availible i might go to one of your meets. so far i seen like 5-10 guys from NC already so i am sure something can be possible!

There are several dozen of us down here in Charlotte... drive that sucker down for a meet sometime soon! The July 4th meet is always pretty big and we have a cruise and food. Get out and enjoy that car and come visit us sometime!

I also do some video and usually there are lots of pictures taken, so your car will get seen a bit more too if you show up occasionally.

i am thankful for the input,But I know there are meets in charlotte I am wanting to start one more local like in greensboro or high point.

im from the raleigh area, but greensboro isnt too far for me to get to. its only about an hour or so from here. plus im usually up that way pretty often going skating there.

As for a day either friday nights or saturday nights,i will suggest some places to meet if we can get a few more people interested.

after looking at a map, thats a little closer but still a ways out. if i were to drive 4+ hours i would have to be there for a bigger meet haha. once i get my 2 dialed in i think i'd enjoy the drive tho. i am glad there is a group so close to me! raleigh shaves 1 hour off the drive time. if something happens there on the right day i would love to cruise down.

There's a meet Sunday, Sept 13th @ 1:00 in Charlotte at the Flying Saucer if you're interested. I'm probably going to head down for it.

I'm planning to make that one in one of the mk1's. If my SC will hold a charge I may drive the not-so-pretty one that has a fun little crank seal leak... otherwise I'll be in the N/A.
