I'll be there with bells (and r-compound tires) on.

Weather should be nice and cool, clear as a bell. Only problem may be leaf-lookers on cruisers. People come from across oceans for the sole purpose of driving this road. You owe it to youself to make the pilgrimage. Just plan on being safe....somebody always hits something or spins out. We've been lucky to escape any serious MR2 carnage so far.

This road is the real deal. Car manufacturers (like Lotus, Panoz and the Corvette team) have even been spotted doing <illegal> R&D on the Dragon.

Just check the calendar. That's the whole point of the "I will be attending this event" option there.

Fine...I ran it in my IS300 several times. I got some fade here an there, but not as bad as my MR2 does on stock pads.

The stock brakes on the IS350 are very, very good although I have not put them though an extended session like the dragon. I will be looking into some racing brake fluid. That made a big difference on my 2.

Of couse, I will be far behind the "cheaters" with R compounds on...

I know I sold my MR2 but would it be ok if I came in the M3 and brought a friend along with an IS300?

lol....One day I will bring the IS350 up and crash a BMW meet. They seem to hate these cars....
