ATTN MR2 Store Customers
I was out of the office last week while the 4th of July festivities took my work days from 8 hours a day up to 20 hours a day. My real job required me to be gone.
I have a lot of emails that i have replied too asking where your parts are, and to be honest, i have no idea. I made an appointment with a clerk at our local post office so we can track the package that was sent weeks ago to my reshipper. I have confirmed with the reshipper that they have not received the box so its either here or completely lost. Either way, you will get your parts even if it costs me money, or a full refund. I am expecting to go to the post office, initiate the trace, and find that it hasn't left the post office because some dumbass put it in the wrong pile or something. Either way, If you have not received your items, i apologize for the delay, there are somethings that i cannot help, and thats shipping. All orders, except the black mouldings (those of you who ordered these, know this) were in that box. This is 1 of 5 problems that I have had with starting the MR2 store, which is slow shipping and local Airmen fresh out of boot camp, not knowing how to do there job, which is put a box bound for the states in 1 pile, and not the other. It sounds easy, but i guess its complicated. Anyway, rest assured, YOU WILL GET YOUR ITEMS OR YOUR MONEY BACK |

Okay, Got back from the local post office.
As I was there almost an hour, the package was misplaced at the postal service because I used the wrong form to ship it, and neglected to put a slip in my inbox (although they said they did). I can't mail it today because I have to rewrap it and I have an 11:00am deadline to get it in on the plane today which is in about 10 minutes, so it is going out tomorrow morning. Most of your orders are in this box, and will go to my reshipper. I sent my shipper an email today stressing the importance of expidited shipping when they receive the box. My apologies to all, things like this, i just can't help, I know its frustrating for you to wait so long, as it is frustrating for me, mainly because it looks bad on me and my inbox is full of "where the hell is my stuff". Problems like this might close the doors of the mr2 store. I just can't get these parts to you all fast enough, and it annoys you guys, when you pay for something, and have to wait almost 5 to 6 weeks to get your parts in. This is an unacceptable amount of time for 9 out 10 people. On the other hand, i did find a better source for parts, and am stocking a few things to shorten the time limit of receiving your parts. More to come on this once I hammer out a few details and update the website, which won't happen for another 2 weeks as i am quite busy with my real job. For those of you waiting on Black side mouldings, I should have them at the end of this week, if not the beginning of next and will ship immediately. Also, Sill plates are still not in, I don't know what the hell the problem is with these and toyota doesn't have a straight answer (the old guys i use). Basically, they have the money, and i have no sill plates to ship you guys. Rest assured, you will have sill plates at your door very soon, or your money back. |

I'm sure everyone appreciates that you don't try and make excuses, like some sellers. Sometimes a screw-up is just a screw-up, sometimes you can help it, sometimes you can't.

Actually, at the last one, I fell in love. There was a girl with a 1998 white Turbo, TRD wing, Toms scoop, and I couldn't decide which one was hotter, the girl or the car. And she had straight teeth too

Now, my shipping service has always been bad, i have dealt with this since the first time i used it when i got here (only reason is, is they speak a little english). The main reason i use a reshipper, is because 1 out 4 boxes that i ship are returned with the infamous "address not found" or some other crap. So i figured i would have better chances with 1 large box to the states. Course, this is the second box that i have shipped, so im looking at 1 out of 2 right now screw ups on their part. I'm so frustrated, someone give me a beer. |

You can't remove teeth scars off your $#@% adam, no matter how drunk you are.
Teeth (in japan) were not a big deal before, but now people are actually going to the dentist at an early age. They are getting better in the younger people (not legal) but our generation.... 21+ are doomed to have bad teeth forever unless they yank them all and put in new ones. |

Yeah, I have them, I just need to upload them. Ill post a few teaser pics tonight. For some reason, i have had trouble with my current FTP (my phoenix-mr2 website) that i usually store all these pictures on. I changed hosts, and i just need to upload the really large sized pictures.
I'll get a few for you guys tonight. The full article/writeup will be in the next issue of the mr2only magazine ![]() |

Your package was shipped and should be there within 7 days. I had to ship direct (coincidently this morning) because of a mixup. there is no reshipper, no middle man, nothing, shipped direct at my expense (cheaper than i thought too).
But the mixup was my fault, no one elses but me. I don't want to tell you about the mixup cause its embarrasing. But, yes, i screwed up. So... Donnie James Rich and 2 other names i forget Your packages have been shipped priority, tracked, and insured. I would send out tracking numbers, but because of my location (look at the postmark when you get the package), they don't give them to me. If i have to track them, i have to call and make an appointment and sit there in a strange office with a japanese guy who barely speaks english (he sounds like borat when he talks too, its hilarious). They are on there way. |
