Black Solid Side Mouldings

Well, they finally hit the last straw with me.

For those of you that ordered black solid side mouldings, well, i got them in.

EXCEPT THEY ARE WHITE

Now, i did find out about this last thursday. I took the past few days and tried to fix the problem by ordering from my new guys, 10 sets of black mouldings. They said they can get them, but it will take 2 months. So I said to hell with it.

Emails will be sent out to everyone tomorrow morning (its 4:30pm right now) who ordered black mouldings and will give you guys a choice, FULL REFUND or white mouldings.

Just so you know, this is not my fault. I have the original receipt for the order that specifically says "10 sets black mouldings" not white. When i showed them that the mouldings were white, and my order said black (CO, not AO on the end of the part number) the guy simply shrugged his shoulders and left the room leaving me stand there like a dumbass for 5 minutes till i realized he wasn't coming back.

Unfortunately, till my new guy comes through with the speed flaps and sill plates that i ordered, the MR2 store will remain closed till i can get a reliable source. I think i am going to close the store permanently to open orders and only do group buys while having the parts in hand before it even starts.

I'm pretty bummed that i let you guys down.

as of now, I am not selling these until i have contacted all members who have ordered black mouldings.

right now, they are spoken for. if someone backs out, I will sell them only until all orders are completed that that i have.

I have about 10 parts here that i had to buy because toyota screwed up on, just miscelaneous stuff like amber front corners, crappy keychains, and some stuff i have no idea what it goes to, probably another make toyota.

I didn't order a set, but damg. If it was up to me, I'd get a hold of someone in charge and getting something out of that. First for ordering the wrong part and causing a delay in things, then for just walking out and not fixing it. I would be linke

Oh, trust me. I wanted to be like Luke Skywalker and jump over the counter with a baseball bat.

But unfortunately, I don't speak japanese. Thats why when i go to toyota, i bring them a part number, point to it, and say "Order" and they order and i pay them. Its a lot of pointing at pieces of paper and looking at each other confused.

The parts guy might not speak english, but at least one manager there knows enough english to get some words across. If you don't go find whoever it is there that speaks english, they'll just shrug and walk away and end of it. Find somebody and get some discount or something out of it. Just yell out "Baka" really loud repeatedly and somebody will show up. Haha.

I can cuss in Japanese, but it has never helped in the past. They don't see cussing as a big deal. In the states, if i tell some to F*&K off, i would probably get punched (and then i would laugh at them). In japan, they don't care.
