have an '88 supercharged mr2 with 205,000 miles on it. just got it last year. for the Most part $7000.00 later have fully restored it. just bought supercharger oil from toyota but there is only around 4 to 6 ounces of oil in canister. the manual never says to change this oil, just to keep it at correct level BUT the manual only goes up to 60 or 80k for scheduled service tips. should i change the superchargel oil since it has so many miles on it and if so with this 4 to 6 ounces that toyota sold me(little canister for about $40.00) do the job??? in other words...how much actually would fill this thing up, the manual doesn't say and toyota corporation has no idea(they only have resources to go back to 1990 models. PLEASE HELP

Yes, you should drain the existing oil. It can get pretty nasty after 80,000 miles! The last one I did I actually used Ford SC oil. A lot cheaper, and you get enough to fill the case. I also used a syringe for refilling ink cartridges instead of the expensive Toyota kit. Don't know about this other co. that sells the kit?
