need help dont know what it is

this is my baby


but since she is new to me i dont know what the thing right in the middle dont know what it is it looks broken to me

As long as your engine isnt overheating, its working fine. The bracket is just bent, nothing to worry about. If it is bothering you then bend it back into place. Just dont break the plastic pieces.
