wanted some answers on my 4age anyone

well my car is a salvaged car and it drives like a beauty the thing is that my odometer says it hase 270 k mile but i dont belive it i think the engine was replace by a less milage 4age how can i find out if i have the original or not

Well, I haven't done any research, but most engines have numbers on them somewhere...wether you can def match the engine code to the chassis, I dunno.
Me, If i got a good runner, i'm happy.
