Engine Fan Problem. HELP!

I noticed that my engine compartment fan light was appearing on the dash. after checking the fan I noticed that this plug was disconnected and I dont have a clue where it should be plugged

There is no engine compartment fan light, let alone an engine compartment fan unless you own a turbo.

What you're seeing is the check engine light, which just happens to have a fan on it as a picture of an engine. If the plug is dirty chances are it was never pluged in to anything. If you don't have all the options (ABS, AC, CC, etc) it could be a plug for something like that.

No it is not. It is an MR2 MK2 TURBO and should be in the 3S-GTE scetion. You can see the intercooler fan on the right side of the picture. It looks like the IC pipe was removed to take the picture of the wiring in question.

There are 2 wiring connectors that come over the top of the Valve cover on that side. One goes to the IC fan, the other to the O2 sensor. Hard to tell from the pic which one it is, but it lloks like the one from the fan is coming over to that wiring group further down.

Thats not a MR2 turbo.
